S40 Tray/Box erector

With its compact format, Österbergs’ fully automatic trayerector, S40, not only collects the sheets directly from the pallet to the machine; it does it while taking up a small amount of floor space. The machine can handle up to 25 trays per minute. Österbergs’ S40 is a solid, well tested, and flexible machine with measurements that can be adapted to the customers needs. The fully welded frame gives the machine an open design, which in turn gives the operator full accessibility. The S40 can handle up to three stacks of sheets per pellet, as well as being able to handle both front- and sidewise output.
